The Park
Caravans are sited and anchored on concrete bases and connected to mains water, sewerage, electricity and underground piped gas (No old style cylinders)
.
Access is by their numerous road ways, with car parking by the side of your caravan. A range of services are offered through the park office, including repair and maintenance together with the appliance service by
CORGI registered operatives. At night the park is well lit with street lights and in the main season it is security patrolled.
Being a medium sized park under the personal management of the owners
we are able to offer a varied price selection of both new and used quality holiday caravans of exceptional value and standard. Customer care, park cleanliness and value being attributes. We are a Tourist Board Quality
graded holiday park.
Both our new and our star quality used holiday home caravans are sold inclusive of fridges, steps with hand rails, fully prepared and sited, and
connected to services and ready for the customers use. TV service via our own cable TV system.
Finance available, written details on request. Caravan insurance is
available through a widely acclaimed independent scheme through our office at competitive rates, although owners may insure privately. (Insurance details upon request)
Entertainment
Entertainment is provided to suit all ages with children having two equipped playgrounds, one including a large sand play area.
There are two covered heated swimming pools, each only 400 yds from
the park. Both are open to the public.All caravan owners gain FREE! membership to the 'Newport Club', which provides children's and adults games
and family entertainment etc through the season for your evenings out. Newport is half a mile from the village of
Hemsby, 500 yds from a sandy beach and 6 miles from Great Yarmouth. The Norfolk Broads offer excellent fresh water fishing and boating, one of the main centres being Potter Heigham some 6
miles from Hemsby.Day boats may be a hired by the hour or day.
Horse riding and golf are available at Caister which is between Great Yarmouth and Hemsby. Great Yarmouth has everything the holiday maker
wants, Sea Life Centre, Pleasure Beach fun fair, waterways, summer shows, bowls, tennis etc. Norwich is 20 miles away and the surrounding area together with the Norfolk coast are ideal for those wishing to tour or
explore.
Site Fees
Our year starts 1st November and finishes the following 31st October in any year, with half the site fee payable in November when a new
agreement is issued, and the other half is payable the following March. Caravans may be occupied from the first week in April or Easter (whichever is earlier) to the end of October.
The INCLUSIVE
site fee includes rent of concrete pitch, Borough Council pitch rates, water and sewerage, ALL the electricity and gas consumed-NO meters, grass cutting, use of your own dustbin with refuse
collection up to three times a week, and FREE! club membership to the Newport Club.
